The aim of the course Professional Development in Social Work is to: provide students with a basic orientation in developing personal self-reflection, help them find a deeper meaning in their vocation, shape the professional identity of students as an important attribute of professionalism, raise awareness of how it is possible to grow personally in a creative way within their profession, motivate students to study the field of social work, manage the demands associated with practicing social work.
