Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to teach students the rules of financing non-profit organizations, to understand the legal context and differences in financing based on the types of organizations, and to be familiar with the specifics of the non-profit market with regard to the financing of social services. Students will learn to distinguish between the phases of financial management and will be able to create financial plans for projects as well as for entire organizations. Another goal is to teach students to understand the specifics of financing social services and to identify potential sources for their sustainability. Students will understand the basic terminology of project management and will be able to analyze and identify the needs of organizations and justify the necessity of projects in the field of social work.
