Getting to know the basic principles of healthy nutrition. Dietary system in the hospital. Analysis of modern trends. Practical examples of the prescription of a healthy diet for healthy and sick people.

The aim of the subject is to familiarize the student with the basic principles of nutrition, both natural nutrition and artificial nutrition used in sick patients, based on the acquired theoretical knowledge (anatomy, histology, physiology). The teaching includes an introduction to the basic principles of healthy eating, as well as an introduction to the latest trends, the role of mikrobioma, a diet system for the sick, and is mainly focused on practical examples of the possibilities of influencing the state of health through nutrition.
The student will be able to formulate the basic principles of healthy nutrition, orient himself in modern trends, diet system and principles of artificial nutrition. He will be able to prescribe a specific diet in both health and illness. |
