Civil liability in health care (compensation systems, strict x personal liability, contractual liability x liability for delicts, causation problems, loss of chances, the definition of "lege artis")

            | To provide essential knowledge about relationship between physician and patient and about medical malpractice. The unavoidable part covers work with the relevant case-law. Students who have completed this course will extend the knowledge of private law.
