Learning outcomes
During the course the students will be apprised with the fundamental terms of private law, sources of private law, elementary ways of its interpretation and information about its historical development. It includes mainly the problematic covered by general part of the Civil Code and first part of Commercial code.
Students who have completed this course will gain elementary knowledge in the field of private law, which may serve as base for the wider and deeper study of particular private law branches.
Prerequisites
Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of some other courses.

Student performance

To obtain credit, active participation in seminars to the extent specified by the seminar leader, successful completion of ongoing tests and final exam, and other requirements set by individual teachers are necessary.
