Course content
The main topics are: - notion of civil procedure, sources of law, general principles - subjects, jurisdiction and venue, participants - preliminary rulings - proceedins in the first instance - costs

Learning outcomes
The course gives general information on legal regulation of civil procedure. The course covers two semesters, the first semester deals with the general part of civil procedural law and proceedings in the first instance.

MOSP1, MOSP2, MVĚC, MZÁV1.
