Course content
1. Alternative sexual roles: homosexuality, bisexuality, celibacy, transvestity, transsexuality; 2. Sexual disfunction: decreased, increased sexual libido, inhibition, problems with orgasm and satisfaction 3. Sexual deviation; 4. Sexual abuse: sadomasochism, incest, sexual harassment; 5. Counselling: before marriage,during the marriage, sexual counselling; 6. Sex Education

Learning outcomes
It enhances a knowledge in the care of sexual health and psychiatry. Students get familiar with the issues related to the satisfaction of sexual needs in terms of intra and interpersonal dimension, social and sexual expectation, alternative sexual roles, sexual disfunctions, sexual deviation, counselling and nursing process in the health care. Describe physiological reactions on sexual stimulation and explain the terminology in the process of ageing, understand interpersonal dimension and culture influence on sexual beahaviour, recognise the adaptation sexual behaviour, alternative sexual roles, sexual abuse and sexual disfunction, understand the main elements of the counselling before and during the marriage, sexual counselling, understand the emotions related to sexuality and sexual behaviour, recognise the aspects of nursing care in different sexual disorders.
Students will focus on human sexuality, determinant, failures and deviations. It will know the treatment options and forensic impact. Attention will be paid to the importance of sex education and prevention of sexual abuse.
