Course content
1. Experiential education - its background, basic terms and definitions 2. Psychological and pedagogical bases of experiential education 3. Experiential education organizations 4. Main factors influencing experiential education goals, content 5. Instructor's personality and his role in a team 6. Practical dramaturgy, event management 7. Safety and risk management 8. Motivation in experiential psychology 9. Group dynamics, reflexion 10. Program means and a game 11. Final feedback of the experiential education program

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)

Learning outcomes
The main goal of the subject is to introduce the basics of experiential education and its possible use in educational and commercial context. Even though some theoretical background will be given, students will also try some activities on their own and will practise competencies required to become a good instructor. Several guests, who use experiential education in their work, will be invited for example instructors from ZDrSEM, who teach first aid by using methods of experiential education, or an instructor from European Federation of Psychology Students Associations.
