Dominant psychological schools and concepts in the study of personality: Psychoanalytic concepts Traits (psychometric) approach Humanistic existentialist approach Socio-cognitive approach The term I Personality dispositions, values, attitudes, prejudices Motives and motivation Frustration Personality disorders, psychotherapy.

Learning outcomes
|
To introduce the students to the problems of personality psychology. Analysis of the basic concepts of personality psychology (dynamics, structure, temperament, motivation, theoretical orientations, etc.)
The course focuses on the ability of understanding and evaluation of personality characteristics and expressions. Assesses the specific methods and procedures for the investigation of personality. Explains the various aspects of personality, its origins and development. Formulates conclusions.
