Course content
Counselling and its importance in the frame of the other forms of the work with clients Meeting the client for the first time - and what is important for it Dealing the agreement with client and its fulfilment Specifics of the counselling work with different age groups Specifics of the counselling work with the individuals, couples and families The personality of the client, types of clients and the forms of dealing with them The usage of techniques and games for the counselling work The possibilities of new IT abusing and the following counselling work with this problem

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Homework for Teaching - 25 hours per semester
  • Attendace - 25 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of this subject is to obtain the basic methods of dealing with clients in the sence of the psychological process.The emphase will be placed on the practical training and to learn to hand information and experiences on from the direct contact from various specific groups of clients.
Student will learn how to deal with the basic knowledge and skills important for working with clients in the counselling process.
Prerequisites
to be interested in the psychological counselling. One´s self-experience with active work with clients is an advantage.
