Course content
Authoritarian personality (Adorno T. R) The existential concept of personality Personality in the concept of Eastern psychology (Abhidhamma) Bullying in the workplace: Theory, prevention-intervention, research. Models of knowledge of personality: - Model of diagnostic characters - Model of the information theory - Empathic understanding - Interactive approach - Psychoanalytic Interpretation - Transactional Analysis - Metaperceptic-phenomenological concept of personality

Learning outcomes
Introducing the students to the current issues of personality psychology.
1. Specify the epistemological value of existing psychological knowledge related to the chosen phenomena personal experience, expression and action. 2. Characterizes the basic assumptions of scientific knowledge of personality (philosophical belief, implicit conception of personality, principles, entities and continuous changes ...) 3. Understands the complex antropognostic systems of personal interpretation that combines psychology with philosophical-existential, philosophical, religious (Abidhamma), and positivist conceptions of human nature. 4. Describes and explains the positive and negative characteristics of the sub models of psychological integration of research data on personality. 5. Uses the basic diagrams of psychological understanding for practical exploration of personality.

Introduction to personality psychology, history of psychology.
