Course content
1. Placement of of psychology among other sciences, its beginnings and present od psychology 2. course of study in psychology, determinants of the psyche 3. the concept of personality in psychology, some psychotherapeutic orientations, access to the personality 4. Developmental psychology, evolution of views on psychic phenomena and processes, critical theory concerning mental development 5. Comparison of behaveoral and cognitive approach to learning 6. The current options for the use of psychological knowledge in the context of schools, traditional vs. innovative approaches to learning 7. The brain as the basis for the functioning of the psyche, the basic data to describe and the functioning of the brain 8. Memory as a condition of learning ? development looking at the memory, constructs associated with the notion of memory 9. Communication in the school and its importance for learning 10. Relations in school, violence in school, the role of the teacher 11. Otázky školské integrace, žáci se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami

Learning outcomes
The aim is to strengthen the confidence of future teachers in psychology as a science, which can provide valuable insight and understanding of education issues. Broaden and deepen students' understanding of concepts of personality development of the psychological characteristics of various learning situations (mechanical learning, comprehension tasks, problem solving, learning, interpretation, learning through discovery, metacognition). Convey the importance of the psychological perspective on school issues, provide an overview of multiparadigmatičnosti psychology, to help in the selection of "his approach" Forward students need to realize the importance of reflection and self-own motives to an education profession, seen as an ongoing reflection on the work itself.
