- Basic principles and fundaments of coaching - What is coaching? - Types of coaching competence and according to ICF (International Coach Federation) - Basic differences between coaching and other types of management consulting - method GROW - method SMARTER - Coaching tools - Result Framework - Method 3 chairs - Logical levels - The "Imagine" - Visualization - Wheel balance - Solution Focus Coaching - Other forms of coaching - Coaching and electronic telekoučink - Logistics and administration coach building your own coaching practice

Observation, Demonstration, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Attendace - 25 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Exam - 15 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 15 hours per semester
  • Homework for Teaching - 45 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with basic information and starting points of coaching. Using model situations to provide practical training interview coaching and individual coaching techniques.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Student performance

Credit Requirements and test: Verification of knowledge: The knowledge are verified collective oral exam. Verification of skills demonstration sample coaching conversation in the closing hours of instruction. Demonstration evaluates teachers and other students. Followed by feedback.
