Learning outcomes
Employee selection is an application-oriented discipline. The aim is to equip students with competencies for professional organization of selection procedures in compliance with rule 3E in state, non-profit and private organizations with different scenarios. In addition to the organization itself and administrative management, dominant attention is paid to qualitative methods of employee selection. It is mainly a specifically oriented observation, various types of interview or analysis of the candidate's portfolios. In addition to the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required in the positions of HR specialist of junior selection, graduates are equipped with knowledge and skills for independent and professional solution of smaller selection procedures, where psychodiagnostics, knowledge tests or AC are not involved.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Seminar Work

Active participation in seminars and participation in model exercises. A case study of the organization of the selection procedure, from the definition of the requirement to the selection of the most suitable candidate, contains a detailed description of the interview or other selection qualitative techniques.
