Course content
Formulation of educational goals, possibilities of using educational methods and forms based on reconnaissance of clients' needs. Creating an educational project. Methodology of leading professional practice in healthcare, requirements for a practice mentor, duties of a mentor. Teaching methods and organizational forms of vocational education. Pedagogical documentation. Student evaluation.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the meaning and content of the educational role of paramedics, to introduce the conditions, processes, forms and methods of education, to distinguish the target groups of education. During the practical exercise to teach students to create projects for a specific target group of clients, to get acquainted with the author's conditions of creating educational materials. In the field of practice management to get acquainted with the didactics of practice management, the role of the practice mentor, including requirements for the mentor's personality, clarify the specifics of interaction and communication in the pedagogical process of practice, differentiation and individualization of students and pedagogical-psychological diagnostics in the teacher's work.
Based on the knowledge of the assumptions of educated clients, the student explains the specific peculiarities of education and formulates the goals of education, the possibilities of using educational methods and forms. He will design a project for a characterized target group of clients, demonstrate the ability to translate the professional terminology of the diagnosis for lay people. Introduces and defends the proposed project. The student will explain the principles of the pedagogical process in the implementation of professional practice, the requirements for pedagogical documentation and the mentor of the practice. The student is familiar with the organizational forms of vocational education and educational methods of the pedagogical process.
