Course content
Anatomy is an integral part of the complex of obligatory courses. It introduces students to the terminology of anatomical structures and organ systems of the human body including embryonic and fetal development. Basic knowledge from anatomy is further extended in physiology, pathology, and pathological physiology. Sense organs- visual apparatus (in the detail); locomotor system - active and passive locomotor apparatus; digestive system; respiratory system; urinary system; male and female reproductive systems; cardiovascular system; lymphatic circulation; peripheral nervous system; sense organs; endocrine glands; CNS. Student is supposed to be able use gained knowledge properly in practical clinical subject, moreover, the background will enable to use knowledge in other theoretical subject (e.g. physiology).

Learning outcomes
