Special attention is also paid to prevention and screening programmes. Students will gain an overview of the trends in the development of oncological treatment of individual cancers and learn about the psychological and ethical aspects of cancer care. Since oncology is a rapidly developing field that is not only a medical but also a society-wide issue, this course will certainly be a preparation for medical practice as well. |
