Course content
Preparation of individual regions of the limbs at the end of the teaching of systematic anatomy of the limbs. Practical verification and addition of knowledge of limb anatomy based on own tissue preparation.

Learning outcomes
Dissection of the upper and lower limbs. The aim of the course is to consolidate the knowledge of the musculoskeletal system of the limbs acquired through theoretical study, to learn basic practical skills working with surgical instruments and simple dissection techniques, and theoretically and practically consolidate the knowledge of the regional anatomy of the limbs.
Completion of the Dissection block 1 course will enable students to master basic dissection techniques, work with surgical instruments, including their safe handling, improve spatial perception of the structure of the human body, fix knowledge of the systematic anatomy of the limbs and clarify the topographical anatomy of the limbs.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of the structure of the human body at the level of secondary general education for subject registration. Successful completion of the predissection-test interview to participation in the subject.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Dialog

Continuous knowledge according to the practicals' and lectures' topics, 90% attendance at dissection training. Post-dissection discussion evaluated A?E.
