Course content
|
The course consists of 7 - 8 lectures and discussions by different experts and specialists from the field of development cooperation. The lectures will be focused on the practical experience from NGO, commercial or institutional sector. Other aim is also to provide the arena for discussing and learning about current issues and events related to the development regions that shall enable the students to further understand the historical, cultural, religious and political issues and conditions underpinning the development.

Learning outcomes
|
The main aim of the course is to create conditions for the students to meet and discuss with the experts from the field of the development cooperation and to confront their theoretical knowledge with the practical experience.
Upon completion of the course students shall be familiar with the practical and institutional level of development cooperation and understand the different historical, cultural, religious and political issues and conditions for development.
