Students get acquainted with the role of a clinical microbiologist and interpretation of results of both direct and indirect detection of microorganisms from both naturally colonized and primarily sterile parts of the human body. This includes interpretation of results from all areas of microbiology, including susceptibility to antimicrobial agents.
The students will be able to assess microbiological findings and suggest additional microbiological analyses. |
| Prerequisites |
A passed examination in Microbiology 2.

Student performance, Dialog, Systematic Observation of Student
The students have to show the ability to interpret specific microbiological findings, or to plan additional additional microbiological analyses. The students have to attend all the seminars. |
