Course content
The oral exam questions are devoted to the development and content of the primary law of the European Union, the composition and functioning of the EU institutions, structure and rules of application of EU law, individual types of proceedings before the Court of Justice, the free movement of goods, persons, services and capital and the development and protection of human rights instruments under the EU system.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to verify the students' knowledge on the issues which are the content of courses KMP/EP1 - Constitutional foundations of the EU, KMP/EP2 - EU Internal Market and KMP/EP3 Mechanism of Protection of Human Rights in the EU.
Students taking this course will gain the knowledge necessary to understand the principles governing the functioning of the European Union and determining overlap of the EU law into national law. The acquired skills will enable them to apply EU law correctly in the area of integrated Europe.
Prerequisites
Studenti absolvující tento předmět získají znalosti nezbytné k pochopení zásad ovládajících fungování Evropské unie a určujících přesah práva ES/EU do vnitrostátního práva. Získané dovednosti jim umožní správně aplikovat evropské právo v prostoru integrované Evropy.

For the completion of the course the stuent have to demonstrate knowledge in the fields of constitutional law of the European Union, namely the characteristics of the European Union, its internal organization, structure and content of the legal order of the Union, the Union's justice and rules of application of EU law, as well as knowledge of the law of the internal market of the European Union, especially legal regime of the four freedoms of the internal market and also knowledge in the field of human rights protection in the European Union.
