The course builds on the course Diploma Thesis I. Its aim is to give support to students in their work on the diploma thesis. Seminars will focus on individual theses of students enrolled in the course and will help them to solve methodological problems, work with research sources used in their work including expert articles and case-law of European and international courts. Students will summarise and present to common discussion their interim conclusions. These will be tested with respect to methodological rules and requirement for work with research sources.
Students will learn how to use research methodology when writing their final thesis.

Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of some other courses.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance
Student will be obliged to show progress in his diploma thesis and to put forward interim conclusions of his work.
