Course content
Becoming familiar with the basics, gradual development of abilities and skills in the field of traditional (illusion or prospective) drawing as well as in the field of authentic, independent and imaginative creation. General problems of social context and individual prerequisites of the creation. Historical exkursions and current trends. Introductory information about the psychological aspects of the creative process and on the drawing based on a personal experience. The practical application of some of the experiential forms of creation (the method of the internal work, body work, drumming, shared work in a small group, etc.)

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Demonstration, Grafic and Art Activities
  • Homework for Teaching - 11 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 10 hours per semester
  • Attendace - 39 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
After completion of the course students should be able to: define the concept of an illusion and non-illusion work of art; practically master the basics of illusion-based (perspective) drawing; develop and present their own art work on the basis of the self concept; present a personal view of the experiential aspects of the visual arts.
After completion of the course, students will be able to apply the acquired skills and abilities in their practical artistic creations.
Prerequisites
Basic training in drawing, completing the Drawing 1-4.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Analysis of Creative works (Music, Pictorial,Literary), Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio

Regular art work in the seminars, the development of the creative process outside of lessons (50%). Regular participation in seminars (40%). Consultations of the sudent´s free creation with the teacher (10%). An overview of the current art events in the region.
