1. History of European Integration I. (Untill 2nd World War) 2. History of European Integration II. (After 2nd World War) 3. European dimension of Czech Parliamentarism 4. Political system of European Union 5. Specific features of EU 6. Structures und Funtions 7. Dynamic development of EU 8. EU as a global factor 9. European policy and USA 10. European policy and Russia

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to give an overview of the history of European integration and the role of the Czechs in this process. The students will be acquainted with the development, functions and structures of EU, and its role in the frame of international relations.
