Course content

The subject offers a commentary on the origin and historical development of moral and legal norms, with regard to changes in society and how we perceive individual basic categories, concerning human rights and the position of a human being in society.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to help the students understand the issue of human rights in a general legal context and in relation to universal moral norms.

Prerequisites
