Learning outcomes
Works published by students form an essential part of scientific work. This activity develops individual thinking of students and helps them put the gained knowledge into technical scientific written form. Apart from other things, the students are supposed to write a seminar paper in the course of their studies. These papers can be used as articles in scientific periodicals if they satisfy certain criteria. When engaged in this kind of work, the students will learn the methods of specific legal branches and they will also put into practice theoretical knowledge concerning writing scientific texts acquired in other subjects. The aim of this subject is to support the students in publishing their works, which is an important criterion for their scientific career. For those who are considering PhD study, the ability to work individually in a scientific field as well as publish the results of their research is a necessity. Expert consultations are also an essential part of the course. They will be provided by the teachers who will possibly serve as the reviewers of the scientific texts written by the students. Before the registration for the subject it is necessary to contact its guarantor!
Students engaged in this kind of work will master the methods of specific legal branches and they will also put into practice theoretical knowledge concerning writing of scientific texts, gained in the appropriate courses.
