Course content
Theory of algorithms, programming languages. Terminology. Structure of the language VisualBasic, data types, objects, operators, commands and functions. In seminars, students apply the theory in working with the object oriented language VisualBasic. Students learn to develop educational applications for teaching at primary schools. They work individually on an assigned project, that helps to establish habits necessary for further study and teaching practice.

Learning outcomes
Problems in an algorithmic programming language, with regard to the possible application of this knowledge to create their own programs. Algorithms general tasks and procedures. Types of programming languages and environments (by level - assembler, symbol - an object). Object Oriented Programming - MS Visual Basic.
