Course content
The subject Parts of Machinery and Equipment consists in providing knowledge about the structure of machinery and equipment, about engineering (introduction, connections and connecting parts, parts for transmission of mechanical strength and torque, parts for transmission of turning movement, friction, friction conditions, wear and tear, gears, mechanisms, piston machines and heat pumps). The subject expands the knowledge gained in the subject called Basics of Design.

Lecture, Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Demonstration, Projection (static, dynamic)
Learning outcomes
Lectures: Joints (permanent, detachable), machinery parts, gears, mechanisms, water and heat engines, compression pumps, pumping engines, heating and refriferating engineering. Seminars: Solving (calculation, graphic) of technical problems relating to the discussed issues.
The student is able to solve selected problems from the field of the subject Parts of machines and devices.
Prerequisites
Finished classes of KTE/ZKON.
