Course content

Studying areas: 1. Reverence for God, false cult, superstition. 2. Truth and lie, defence of honour, ethics of mass media. 3. Sanctification of the feast day, fasting, leisure time. 4. Family, marriage, extramarital relationships, moral responsibility. 5. Suicide, murder, mutilation, death penalty, legitimate defence. 6. Sketch of the sexual moral: general principles, sexual phantasy, masturbation, prostitution, sexual violence, homosexuality. 7. Right for a private property, theft.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this course is to familiarize students with the topics they can meet in their everyday life. The concept of this course is based on the Decalogue.
Participants of the course will be able to take a well-founded stand on the most important moral questions of the Christian life.

Prerequisites

Good knowledge of Christian ethics' principles and of cardinal and theological virtues is required.
