Requirements in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) at the B1 level, and mastery of the grammar and vocabulary covered in the textbook listed in the required reading.

Learning outcomes
|
An exam after a continuous 4-semester course PJ5 end PJ6 for students interested in studying Polish as an additional foreign language, or an exam for students who may not have taken the 4-semester course.
The student has mastered the vocabulary and grammar covered in the textbook listed in the required reading. The student has very good communication skills and a command of Polish grammar and vocabulary at the B1 level.

Prerequisites
|
To take this exam, you must have successfully completed the PJ5 or PJ6 courses or demonstrate proficiency in Polish as a foreign language at the B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, without having to complete these courses. Interest in studying the Polish language, knowledge of the Czech language at a minimum of level C1 on the global scale of the Common European Framework of Reference, knowledge of the Polish language at level B1 on the global scale of the Common European Framework of Reference, and knowledge of the basics of Polish grammar as covered in the textbook listed in the required reading.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral exam, Written exam
In the written exam, students must demonstrate a basic knowledge of the Polish grammatical system, vocabulary related to the conversational topics covered, and knowledge of Polish cultural and social realities discussed within the conversational topics, all at the B1 level as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
