Course content
This is the course of practical Polish language and the focus is put on the functional acquisition of written and spoken Polish with respect to the Polish background information.

Learning outcomes
This follow-up course puts focus on the acquisition of more complex and more demanding grammar, spelling and orthoepy. Lexical exercises will help students to enrich vocabulary and to revise previously acquired vocabulary. Various types of exercises such as drilling, communicative and stylistic ones will teach the students how to work on their own with the language. The course aims as well at reading of various types of texts containing new vocabulary in order to enrich vocabulary.
Standard communication skills, knowledge of Polish grammar.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of basic communication skills.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam

Attending seminars, two absences are permitted. To submit all assessment tasks, to succeed in the final pre-exam credit test.
