Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the problems of teaching skills. Emphasis will be placed on the teacher's personality and behavior, principles of teaching work, preparation and management of the learning process, incl. solving problematic situations.
Student after completion of the course will know: - typology of teachers, teacher's role in the learning process and requirements for the person and work of teacher - typology of participants and ways of working with the group, inc. conflict situations - the basic elements of verbal and non-verbal communication - the possibility of using teaching techniques and aids in teaching - basic concepts of educational evaluation process and methods of work with feedback Student after completion of the course can: - select optimal lecturing role and mode of operation for the selected target group - use of all forms of verbal and nonverbal communication - use a combination of various teaching aids with regard to educational goals - evaluate the level of the learning process, which are connected to andragogical interaction

It required active participation in class and participate in discussions, preparation essay on an assigned topic and its presentation.
