Organization climate as a psychosocial phenomenon and a specific phenomenon. Relation of climate, environment and environment perception by its participants and co-creators. Types of climate and their characteristics. Climate factors and their effects. Effects of climate on the organization environment. Possibilities of organization climate change. Philosophical background of the climate research organization. Positivistic and phenomenological approaches. Quantitative research. Organization climate as a dependent and independent variable. Problems with interpretation and generalization of research findings and results. Questionnaires and sociometry. Quality research. Observation and interviews. Questions of subjective burden. Data description and literary (artistic) language. Self research concept.

The discipline is focused on organizational climate theory and research, quantitative and qualitative approaches: objectives, methods, respondents, evaluation and interpretation. Presentation of various research conducted in the Czech Republic and abroad. Self research concept. After completing the discipline, students will be able to: - explain the concept of organizational climate, - define the relationship between the organization's climate and its environment - list and characterize the types of organizational climate - compare quantitative and qualitative organizational climate research approaches - assess appropriate methods for researching organizational climate - to evaluate the problems of evaluating and interpreting the results of the organization's climate research.
