Course content
The most important demonstrations of Muslim culture in Spain during Umayyads, Almohad, Almoravid and Nasrid periods and later in the period of Taifa kingdoms. Special attention is paid to the architecture - mosque in Cordoba, palace Medina az-Zahra, Alhambra etc. Part of the course is dedicated to the overview of Mozarabs and Mudéjar art from 8th to 17th century.

Learning outcomes
The most important demonstrations of Muslim culture in Spain during Umayyads, Almohad, Almoravid and Nasrid periods and later in the period of Taifa kingdoms. Overview of the of Mozarabs and Mudéjar art from 8th to 17th century.
