Course content
The course is focused on the aquisition of basic interpretation skills, on the culture of spoken language in Czech and Italian; memory, language, discourse and cognitive exercises are done, as well as training of consecutive and simultaneous interpretation to and from Italian, gradually from shorter and easier fragments to those that are longer and more difficult. The interpreted material is from authentic recordings of native speakers, fragments from TV and radio programmes or movies. Modern audio-visual equipment is used during the training.

Learning outcomes
The objective of this course is to make the students familiar with the basic theory of interpretation and, above all, a multilateral preparation for the practice of interpretation.
- knowledge of the basic principles of interpretation, - the ability of finding a solution to the common situations in interpretation
Prerequisites
Knowledge of Italian language at least on the level B1-B2.

Oral exam, Student performance, Analysis of linguistic, Dialog, Systematic Observation of Student

The conditions for a successful completion of this course are active participation and fulfillment of all the requirements set by the teacher.
