Course content
Classification: public and private law 1. The object of law: persons legal principles and organizations natural and legal persons associations and companies 2. Legal relationships a) assets, posession, dispossession movable an immovable property b) duties, contracts and civic responsibility

Learning outcomes
The objective of this course is to make the students familiar with the basic notions of French legal system (legal and natural person) and with the notions of French legal terminology (assets, contract, responsibility).
In the course, the students will learn the basic knowledge and skills in the following scope and they will be able to demonstrate them in the exam: The students are able to describe the main principles of the legal system in France.
