Learning outcomes
|
The objective of this course is to make the students familiar with the branch of management dealing with conflict resolution. The course will include case studies, in which the students will try the management of a conflict.
In the course, the students will learn the basic knowledge and skills in the following scope and they will be able to demonstrate them in the exam: Students are able to apply the methods of conflict management in French.
