Course content
Deepening the techniques of swimming techniques of breast, emblem, crawl - nodal points of technique, training exercises Regeneration in water. Technique to help tired swimmers, activities and techniques to save the drowning, starting jump, rescue jump, first aid. The specifics of swimming lessons in children. Didactic methods and procedures in pre-swimming education and children's swimming lessons.

Learning outcomes
Students will be introduced to the principles of safety at the swimming stadium and during swimming training. Introduction to didactic principles, methods, styles and procedures and their specifics in children's swimming lessons. Safety in school swimming training. Games in the aquatic environment. Introducing students with techniques to help with basic swimming skills and swimming. Rescuing drowning.
The student understands the importance of physical activities in the aquatic environment in terms of regeneration and relaxation and the importance of swimming for the health of the child. He knows and adheres to the rules of BOA in swimming lessons in pre-swimming and swimming training for children. It is oriented in didactic methods and procedures suitable for pre-swimming education and swimming instruction in children. Applying skills in rescue and drooping, he can handle the jump from the edge of the pool. She will show the technique of swimming breast, crawler, emblem.
Prerequisites
- a good health condition allowing a stay in the aquatic environment - swimming ability = the student is a swimmer (ie, he does not have the aids and does not interrupt continuously 200m in one swimming way)

Student performance

- participation in teaching min. 60%, - demonstration of swimming techniques at a distance of 40m (breast, crawl, sign), - Rescue jump and rescue work on the surface - helping tired swimmers (individual, couple)
