Course content
1. The term of alternative school. 2. Establishment of first alternative schools. 3. Classical reform school. 4. Church schools. 5. Modern alternative schools. 6. A teacher at an alternative school.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Observation, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Attendace - 4 hours per semester
  • Semestral Work - 5 hours per semester
  • Homework for Teaching - 10 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Exam - 5 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Students take up with problems of kindergartens, which are worked in approach of the alternative programs as classical and innovative sort.
Students will be provided with competencies that will get to the content and objectives of the course.
Prerequisites
General orientation in education and general didactics.

Assessment methods and criteria
Essay, Dialog, Seminar Work

Elaboration of a thesis "Principles of reform schooling in contemporary education", 3 to 5 standard pages.
