Course content
Individual types of punishment. Protective measures. Criminal liability and the sanctioning of juveniles. Crimes against life and health. Crimes against liberty. Crimes against human dignity in sexual sphere. Crimes against family and children. Crimes against property. Economic crimes. Generally dangerous crimes. Crimes against public order. Crimes against humantiy, crimes agains peace and war crimes.

Learning outcomes
The subject Substantive Criminal Law 2 is the second part of the course of criminal law. During the course will be completed teaching some topics in the general part of criminal law (especially questions related to sanctions), then students will acquire special part of substantive criminal law, ie the characteristics of individual crimes contained in the Criminal Code. After completion of the course, students will be acquainted with the legislation contained in a special part of the Criminal Code, as well as with relevant doctrine and case law. Within individual groups of crimes, the main attention will always be focused on profiling offenses, respectively crimes often solved in practice.
Students who have completed this subject will gain the knowledge and skills necessary for correct classification of specific crimes.
Prerequisites
Completion of this subject is conditional upon completion of the subject Subtantive Criminal Law 1.
