Course content
|
Social psychology is presented in the structure of basic topics being important for school conditions and the profession of a teacher. The discipline content comprises the following themes - subject and methods of social psychology, social communication, personal perception, socialization, group dynamism, social conformity, leadership, aggressive behaviour and its causes, influence of mass media on children's behaviour, etc.

Learning outcomes
|
This subject develops basic topics in social psychology that may be used in schools or other educational institutions. It deals with the basic aspects of social communication, social perception, group dynamics, socialization, cooperation, aggression, etc. As part of the seminars, students practice basic verbal and nonverbal communication techniques that may be utilized in the teaching process.
Students will be eligible explanations of terms and definitions from the field of psychology.

Prerequisites
|
Requirement is basic of general and developmental psychology.

Mark
Literature study, active participation in seminars, working up tasks according to teacher's requirements.
