Course content
|
Support of workers in the social area at solving fastidious and conflict situations in every way - gaining skills that facilitate the recovery of own force potential and enable subsequently to work under demanding circumstances on a long-term basis, deepen the ability of team cooperation, acquire the knowledge of relaxation techniques, take bearings in crisis situations, obtain basic knowledge of human psychology, typology of conflicts and their assertive solutions.
