Course content
|
The discipline provides psychological procedures that can be used when affecting children of pre-school age. These procedures result from various psychotherapeutic directions (behavioural psychotherapy, narrative psychotherapy, NLP, imaginative psychotherapy, etc.). They can be applied to undesirable children's behaviour.

Learning outcomes
|
This subject focuses on possibilities for managing and affecting the behaviour of preschool-age children. It is mainly concerned with basic practical procedures in the areas of behavioural, cognitive, suggestive, and imaginative therapy, which may be used to amplify desirable behaviour or ways of experiencing, or to manage undesirable behaviour or ways of experiencing. As part of the seminars, students test the communication skills and knowledge they will have acquired during practical individual exercises with preschool-age children.
Students will be eligible explanations of terms and definitions from the field of psychology.

Prerequisites
|
Requirement is basic of general and developmental psychology.

Seminar Work
Literature study, active participation in seminars, working up tasks according to teacher's requirements.
