Course content
|
Social psychology is presented in the structure of basic topics being important for school conditions and the profession of a teacher. The discipline content comprises the following themes - subject and methods of social psychology, social communication, personal perception, socialization, group dynamism, social conformity, leadership, aggressive behaviour and its causes, influence of mass media on children's behaviour, etc.

Learning outcomes
|
Student will familiarize with selected themes of social psychology: communication and problems in communication with reference to area of social-health work, problems of social and personal perception, fundamentals of health interpersonal relationships in personal and professional surroundings, personal determinants and mechanisms of socialization, problems and conflicts of social roles, forming of attitudes including stereotypes and prejudices which may affect interaction in professional relationships and other related themes.
Students will be eligible explanations of terms and definitions from the field of psychology

Literature study, active participation in seminars, working up tasks according to teacher's requirements.
