Learning outcomes
The membership of the Czech Republic in EU has brought one of the most significant changes to Czech citizens in the last 15 years. There are many rights and duties tied to membership whose knowledge should be obligatory to the graduates of this programme. Within the scope of the course the students will be introduced into many issues which are otherwise neglected and not covered by other courses at the Faculty of Law. Specifically this semester special emphasis will be placed on the EU structural funds and project applications based on them, including the practical aspects of the question. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
Students who have completed this course will gain skills needed for writing EU structural funds applications and knowledge of other practical aspects of Czech EU membership.
Prerequisites
Students who want to complete this course must first successfully complete the course Membership of the Czech Republic in the EU I.
