Course content
The subject consists of topics dealing with the history of the EU, EU institutional framework, EU common policies and theories of integration.

Learning outcomes
The main aim of the subject is to thoroughly test knowledge of students gained during their previous studies, specifically from the fields such as history of the EU, EU institutional framework, EU common policies and theories of integration. This content is part of curriculum of obligatory courses of given programme (History of the European Union, Common Foreign and Security Policy, EU Institutions, Introduction to European Studies, EU Common Policies).
Upon completion of the subject, student will gain deep orientation in the abovementioned fields related mainly to the current developments of the European integration and an ability to apply the knowledge in practical situations in the public service, private or non-profit positions.
Prerequisites
Student shall pass the abovementioned obligatory subjects within the programme of European Studies with the Emphasis on European Law.

Assessment methods and criteria
Mark

Passing is conditioned on proving sufficient knowledge in the abovementioned fields. Passing is a necessary precondition for completion of final state exam and for graduation in the programme of European Studies with the Emphasis on European Law.
