Course content

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Demonstration, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)

Learning outcomes
The main aim of this course is to develop practical skills of students in the areas of project management (all phases of project cycle) and develop good orientation in related documents or EU regional policy in general. Students will prepare real project which will be ready for financing. Absolvents will have the sklil to identify problem and design a project solving the issue. Absolvents will be able to deal with personal issues of the project management and financial management as well (CBA, Log-Frame, Cash Flow). Absolvents will have anough practical and theoretical knowledge to have easier access to professions in the area of EU funds. The course is considered to be the beginning for become sucessful project manager or project administrator.
Absolvents shall have good skills of project managers (be able to identify problem, write high-quality projects, personal and financial mangement etc). The course shall help absolvents to find further jobs within project management or project administration.
Prerequisites
The completion of this course is not conditioned upon completion of any other courses. Lectures are delivered on non-regular basis, however the course requires very intensive homeworks, joint team cooperation and sometimes also fieldwork.

Creation of real project ready to be funded and its upload into IS KP14+ system.
