Learning outcomes
The course is a combination of theoretical and practical training with an overlap into the process of lifelong learning. Students will have the opportunity to participate in events in the professional community of social pedagogy, in academia, while developing their academic skills and thus developing their competencies. The prerequisite is the participation of students in professional lectures, conferences or workshops thematically related to the field of social pedagogy and their involvement in practice. Students will have the opportunity to actively participate in selected activities in the academic environment, such as the organization of conferences and workshops, and will be able to attend lectures by experts from both the Czech Republic and abroad, also in online mode. The course follows the subject Skills for the 21st Century in Education taught in bachelor's studies, and it is also expected to use knowledge from the subject KPG/ŠPE@ Basics of School Pedagogy and practical implementation of the created program, within the subject KPG/SZP@ Social Pedagogical Practice at School.

Prerequisites
A suitable prerequisite for enrolling in the course is the completion of the courses KPG/ŠPE@ Basics of School Pedagogy and KPG/SZP@ Social Pedagogical Practice in Elementary Schools, when it is possible to share knowledge from the preparation and implementation of a social pedagogical program in school in the professional community. However, participation is also possible independently within the framework of sharing knowledge within the professional social pedagogical community.
