Course content
Gender as a biological geveness and socially constructed status of the individual. Historical development of gender and its link with the culture of the company. Man and woman in the labor market and social services. Gender specific approach to clients, gender and social policy contract. The specificity of the role of social worker in terms of gender.

Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)

Learning outcomes
Students are able to define and identify gender as a constitutive element of human identity and struktruy society, differences in inequality and discrimination between genders in the labor market and the consumption of social services, to interpret the gender differences in access to clients.
