Course content
Pedagogical and psychological diagnostics as a theoretically-practical discipline. Overview of methods, ascertaining diagnostic data. Monitoring. A questionnaire, inquiry. Oral examination. Achievement test. Sociometry. Selection of occupation, professional orientation.

Importance of pedagogical diagnostics. Diagnostic methods in the teaching profession. Types of pedagogical observation, factors influencing the objectivity of observation.Standardised observation techniques. Dialogue. Oral examination. Achievement tests. Methods of interpreting and assessing diagnostic data.
